As Semaphore’s Web marketing manager, Hong Yu specializes in designing and implementing interactive media marketing campaigns for Semaphore clients. Whatever your interactive need, Hong Yu stands ready to provide creative and budget-friendly solutions that deliver the right message to your target audience.
Hong Yu’s Web marketing experience includes creating multi-language websites, developing and tracking Web-based promotional campaigns, and writing and evaluating Website content. In addition, her knowledge of strategic marketing in various business settings gives her a significant edge in understanding each client’s unique marketing needs and goals.
Prior to joining Semaphore, Hong Yu was in charge of regional marketing for a national real estate company in Columbia. She also worked for the S.C. Department of Commerce and ALISIAS Group, a public relations firm in Atlanta. Her past clients include Columbia Metropolitan Magazine, the Salvation Army, the American Cancer Society, the Atlanta Housing Authority, and Nortel (China), among others.
She holds a B.A. degree in English language and culture from Xi’an Foreign Languages University in China and an M.A. degree in telecommunication and film from the University of Alabama.
