As the agency’s media director, Cindy works on all media planning and placement for Semaphore. Using computer software integrated with rating and audience measurement services, Cindy places media (in excess of $1 million) locally, nationally and internationally for Semaphore clients where it will have the greatest impact upon their target audience.
In preparation for her position as media director for Semaphore, Cindy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in advertising/public relations from USC's College of Journalism and spent four years as a radio sales executive, nine years as a television sales executive and eight years as a media buyer for Newman, Saylor and Gregory. Having media experience from both sides of the table - agency and media - positions her to negotiate the best possible deals for our clients.
