Jess is the agency's web developer. Maloney performs updates to existing websites and creates new websites for Semaphore’s clients.

He has worked in IT for 12 years with companies including EPIC Creative Services and FutureTech Enterprises Inc. His experience includes web design, server administration, web development and programming, database administration, and general troubleshooting and repair.

Maloney has worked with several Semaphore clients, including Cogsdill Tool Products, Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative, the Episcopal Diocese of South Carolina and the Historic Columbia Foundation.
